- Automatic restore is not currently supported on Android. To initiate a restore tap the Cloud download icon in the upper left. On the bottom sheet tap the Download button. Tap the version to restore (in case there are multiple devices being backed up). On the confirmation tap OK. After the file is downloaded and restored the application will have the new data.
- We leverage iCloud to Sync your data. All of your devices that have Easy Hours installed and are signed in with the same iCloud account can access this data. If for some reason the Sync screen shows Sync Paused and you want to know why here is the list of what those numbers mean. If all else fails send us Feedback.
- 101,102,103 - Sync was cancelled in the middle of the operation. Sync should automatically continue after a few minutes.
- 105 - We ran into an issue attempting to write your data to iCloud. Please ensure that you are logged into iCloud, have plenty of free space available and have granted permission to Easy Hours.
- 106 - We are still downloading data from iCloud. Sync should automatically continue after a few minutes.
- 107 - We ran into an issue attempting to read data from iCloud. Please ensure that you are logged into iCloud and have granted permission to Easy Hours.
- 200, 201, 206, 207, 209, 210, 211, 212 - We are applying changes we received from iCloud. Sync should automatically continue after a few minutes.
- 202 - Your iCloud identity has changed. If you want to continue Sync-ing your data to the new iCloud account, please turn off Sync to iCloud and wait about 10 minutes before turning on Sync to iCloud again.
- 203 - We have detected corruption with your Easy Hours data in iCloud. If the data on your device is correct, we can re-set your data in iCloud using the following steps. Please turn off Sync to iCloud. Navigate to Device Settings -> iCloud -> Storage -> Manage Storage -> Easy Hours. Tap Edit -> Delete All to delete your iCloud Easy Hours data. Please wait about 10 minutes and then turn on Sync to iCloud. Easy Hours should now generate a new baseline of your data in iCloud.
- 204 - We have detected that iCloud has data from a newer version of Easy Hours. Please upgrade to the latest version of Easy Hours before Sync will continue.
- 205, 208 - We are unable to find your Easy Hours data in iCloud. If the data on your device is correct, we can re-set your data in iCloud using the following steps. Please turn off Sync to iCloud. Navigate to Device Settings -> iCloud -> Storage -> Manage Storage -> Easy Hours. Tap Edit -> Delete All to delete your iCloud Easy Hours data. Please wait about 10 minutes and then turn on Sync to iCloud. Easy Hours should now generate a new baseline of your data in iCloud.
- 256 - We have detected that Easy Hours is unable to access the database file. Please turn off Sync to iCloud. Reboot your device using instructions on https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559. After the reboot is complete, launch Easy Hours and turn ON Sync to iCloud.
- 1000, 1001, 1002 - We are unable to connect to iCloud. Please check your internet connection or try again later
- 1003 - Please ensure that you are logged into iCloud and have granted permission to Easy Hours.
- We leverage Google Drive to Sync your data. All of your devices that have Easy Hours installed can access the data. No other apps (including Google Drive) can access this data. Google Drive can delete the data but only upon your request. If for some reason the Sync screen shows Sync Paused and you want to know why here is the list of what those numbers mean. If all else fails send us Feedback.
- 1 - Google Play is having trouble. It may need to be installed. Visit Google Play Services on Play Store to ensure you can run Google Play Services.
- 2 - Google Play needs updated. Visit Google Play Services on Play Store to ensure you are running the latest version.
- 3 - Google Play has been disabled on your device. It may need to be installed. Visit Google Play Services on Play Store to ensure you can run Google Play Services.
- 4 - Something is wrong with your account. Try turning Google Drive OFF and ON and it should reset your account.

- 6 - Google Play needs you to resolve something. Try turning Google Drive sync OFF and ON and it should reset your account.
- 7 - Check your network. Things should return to normal on their own. Airplane Mode ON? Wifi ON? Cellular signal?
- 8 - Retry. Things should return to normal on their own. If not try turning Google Drive sync OFF and ON.
- 9 - Google Play is having trouble. It may need to be reinstalled. Visit Google Play Services on Play Store to ensure you can run Google Play Services.
- 10 - Our bad. Send us Feedback and we will help you as soon as possible.
- 11 - This could mean Google thinks you are abusing our app. Send us Feedback and we will help you as soon as possible.
- 12 - The result was canceled either due to client disconnect or manual cancel
- 13 - Not really sure. Send us Feedback and we will help you as soon as possible.
- 14 - Something interrupted the sync. Things should return to normal on their own. If not try turning Google Drive sync OFF and ON.
- 15 - We timed out. Maybe the network connection is having trouble. Things should return to normal on their own.

As long as Easy Hours notifications are turned ON, a list of the Clock ins and Clock outs can be viewed in the notification center. Swipe down from the top of the screen for access to the notification center. Notifications will be removed whenever the app is accessed. This keeps things nice and tidy.
There are many factors that affect the quality of device location data.
- Is Airplane Mode ON?
- Is Location Services ON?
- Is Location Services for Easy Hours ON?
- Is WiFi ON?
- Is Location Sources > GPS satellites checked?
- Is Location Sources > Wi-Fi & mobile network location checked?
- Is Location Sources > Cellular provider location checked?
- Is Google Settings Location mode set to High accuracy?
- On your Android device open the "Settings" app.
- Scroll down to "Services" and then tap "Location".
- Ensure that "Location" switch is in the On position.
- Tap "Mode".
- Tap "High accuracy. Use GPS, Wi-Fi, and cellular networks to determine location".
- Are other apps experiencing similar issues? See Google Location History to see if the device is reporting inaccurate locations.
- Is Android 6/Marshmallow running with Battery Optimizations/Doze enabled? This optimization is blocking the accuracy of all GPS apps including Easy Hours, Google Maps, and fitness apps. Thanks, Google!
- On your Android device open the "Settings" app.
- Scroll down to "Device" and then tap "Battery".
- Tap the More overflow menu in the upper right of the screen (this is the ... icon).
- Tap "Battery Optimization".
- If the screen displays "Not Optimized" tap the words "Not Optimized".
- On the menu that appears tap "All apps".
- Scroll down to "Easy Hours".
- Tap "Easy Hours".
- On the dialog that opens tap "Don't optimize. May drain your battery more quickly". Easy Hours is already optimized for battery usage so this should not negatively affect battery life.
- Tap Done to save this setting.

- Is your Wi-Fi asking you to sign in?
- Is your battery running low?

We make every effort to automagically keep track of your time at tracked jobs. When we detect you have started work at a new job and you are currently clocked in at another job we will automatically clock you out of the old job. Most likely the device missed you leaving the first job. It could have been any of the following:

- The device was OFF and is now ON.

- The Job Locations are very, very close to one another.

Cellular confusion? Most likely there are multiple tracked Jobs that are close to you. Try enabling WiFi. If it is still having trouble, you may have to turn OFF tracking at some of the Jobs.
Why can't Easy Hours locate me accurately?.
Dashboards
- To apply tags to a large number of time entries, tap the plus icon on any of the following screens:
- Weekly Dashboard
- Monthly Dashboard
- Yearly Dashboard
- Custom Dashboard

- Change My Time

Tap any tag items to toggle the ✓. To add a new tag, type a Tag name and tap the Tap add button.
Tap the &check at the top of the Tags screen to save the tags on all time entries.
Please note that all activities that match the current filter will be saved. This could be used to mark activities as 'Paid' after they were 'Invoiced&apos.To add or delete tags on a time entry, first open the Change My Time screen for the entry from the Daily Dashboard or Jobs Dashboard. If there are Tags for the time entry they are displayed between the End time and the Memo.
Tap the Tags item.
Tap any tag items to toggle the ✓. To add a new tag, type a Tag name and tap the Tap add button.
Tap the back arrow at the top of the Tags screen.
Tap the ✓ icon at the top of the Change My Time screen to save the tags.Deleting a tag will permanently remove it from Easy Hours so be sure you want to delete it. All time entries that use the Tag will no longer refer to the Tag. Note that the time entries will not be deleted, just every single reference to the Tag. To access the Tags screen:- Tap the Tags item from either the Add Time or Change My Time screen.

Timesheets have been retired after a long season of use.
Having the same data in multiple screens was confusing and hindered our ability to add awesome new functionality.
Please use the Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Custom Dashboards to access a timesheet for a single Job. Simply Filter for the Job and voila, Timesheet.

In the Total Hours section, tap on the "03:45" or "3.75h" buttons to the right of the Hours Format. The format will be used on Dashboards, Widgets, Notifications and Sharing.It is possible to filter Dashboards so only specific Jobs and/or Tags are displayed. This can allow for easy sharing of time entries or amounts for the filtered entries.

In the Total Hours section, tap on the - and + buttons to the right of the Rounding off or Rounding to the nearest. This will adjust the rounding used for all Total fields on Dashboards. Add Time and Change Time do not round the Total.
It is possible to round to the nearest 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 minutes. All Totals will display the rounding setting at the bottom of the screens where they are displayed.

- Tap the Apps/Widgets button. Tap Widgets. Scroll to Easy Hours Today. Tap and Hold on the Easy Hours Today. Place it on any page of the home screen (it can also be added to the lock/keyguard screen). The most recent activity will display on the Today Widget.

If you are active working on a Billable time entry, the Job dashboard will display a series of ZZZ buttons. To be reminded when the break is over you can tap the 15, 30, or 60 minute reminder notification buttons. You can tap the ZZZ on the Job dashboard to end the break and start working again. If you tapped the 15, 30, 60 minute reminder notification button you will be prompted at that time to finish the Break. You can tap the Snooze to be reminded in one minute. You can tap Start to stop the break and return to a new Billable time entry.
Breaks can also be added from both the Add Time and Change My Time screens by tapping the Show As Break button.
If the Job has Track me here in the ON position and the break area is outside of the Range, Easy Hours will ignore any automatic geofence enter or exit events while a Break is active.
If you forgot to take a Break, no worries. If you had a single time entry that fully contains the time for a new Break time entry, it will prompt you to Insert the Break in that time entry.Tap the plus icon on any of the following screens:- Jobs Dashboard

We make every effort to automagically keep track of your time at tracked jobs. When we detect you have started work at a new job and you are currently clocked in at another job we will automatically clock you out of the old job. Most likely the device missed you leaving the first job. It could have been any of the following:- The device was OFF and is now ON.
- Airport Mode was ON and is now OFF
- The Job Locations are very, very close to one another.
- The Job Locations are within a few miles of each other.
- Cellular confusion.
Easy Hours may not have access to your contacts. Please also check to make sure you have contacts with addresses.- Tap device Settings. Tap Privacy. Tap Contacts. Scroll to Easy Hours and slide switch to ON.
Sync
- Tap the sidebar or menu icon in the upper left.
- Tap on iCloud Backup & Sync. Turn the Sync with iCloud switch to ON.
- Tap on Cloud Backup & Sync. Turn the Google Drive switch to ON. For automatic uploading of data to Google Drive be sure to turn the Automatic switch to ON (recommended).
- Private backup under your control.
- Easily upgrade to a new device without losing anything.
- Start tracking time on one device and continue on another.
- Easy access to your data on your other devices.
- Automatic restore is not currently supported on Android. To initiate a restore tap the Cloud download icon in the upper left. On the bottom sheet tap the Download button. Tap the version to restore (in case there are multiple devices being backed up). On the confirmation tap OK. After the file is downloaded and restored the application will have the new data.
- We leverage iCloud to Sync your data. All of your devices that have Easy Hours installed and are signed in with the same iCloud account can access this data. If for some reason the Sync screen shows Sync Paused and you want to know why here is the list of what those numbers mean. If all else fails send us Feedback.
- 101,102,103 - Sync was cancelled in the middle of the operation. Sync should automatically continue after a few minutes.
- 105 - We ran into an issue attempting to write your data to iCloud. Please ensure that you are logged into iCloud, have plenty of free space available and have granted permission to Easy Hours.
- 106 - We are still downloading data from iCloud. Sync should automatically continue after a few minutes.
- 107 - We ran into an issue attempting to read data from iCloud. Please ensure that you are logged into iCloud and have granted permission to Easy Hours.
- 200, 201, 206, 207, 209, 210, 211, 212 - We are applying changes we received from iCloud. Sync should automatically continue after a few minutes.
- 202 - Your iCloud identity has changed. If you want to continue Sync-ing your data to the new iCloud account, please turn off Sync to iCloud and wait about 10 minutes before turning on Sync to iCloud again.
- 203 - We have detected corruption with your Easy Hours data in iCloud. If the data on your device is correct, we can re-set your data in iCloud using the following steps. Please turn off Sync to iCloud. Navigate to Device Settings -> iCloud -> Storage -> Manage Storage -> Easy Hours. Tap Edit -> Delete All to delete your iCloud Easy Hours data. Please wait about 10 minutes and then turn on Sync to iCloud. Easy Hours should now generate a new baseline of your data in iCloud.
- 204 - We have detected that iCloud has data from a newer version of Easy Hours. Please upgrade to the latest version of Easy Hours before Sync will continue.
- 205, 208 - We are unable to find your Easy Hours data in iCloud. If the data on your device is correct, we can re-set your data in iCloud using the following steps. Please turn off Sync to iCloud. Navigate to Device Settings -> iCloud -> Storage -> Manage Storage -> Easy Hours. Tap Edit -> Delete All to delete your iCloud Easy Hours data. Please wait about 10 minutes and then turn on Sync to iCloud. Easy Hours should now generate a new baseline of your data in iCloud.
- 256 - We have detected that Easy Hours is unable to access the database file. Please turn off Sync to iCloud. Reboot your device using instructions on https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559. After the reboot is complete, launch Easy Hours and turn ON Sync to iCloud.
- 1000, 1001, 1002 - We are unable to connect to iCloud. Please check your internet connection or try again later
- 1003 - Please ensure that you are logged into iCloud and have granted permission to Easy Hours.
- We leverage Google Drive to Sync your data. All of your devices that have Easy Hours installed can access the data. No other apps (including Google Drive) can access this data. Google Drive can delete the data but only upon your request. If for some reason the Sync screen shows Sync Paused and you want to know why here is the list of what those numbers mean. - 1 - Google Play is having trouble. It may need to be installed. Visit Google Play Services on Play Store to ensure you can run Google Play Services.
- 2 - Google Play needs updated. Visit Google Play Services on Play Store to ensure you are running the latest version.
- 3 - Google Play has been disabled on your device. It may need to be installed. Visit Google Play Services on Play Store to ensure you can run Google Play Services.
- 4 - Something is wrong with your account. Try turning Google Drive OFF and ON and it should reset your account.
- 5 - Something is wrong with your account. Try turning Google Drive OFF and ON and it should reset your account.
- 6 - Google Play needs you to resolve something. Try turning Google Drive sync OFF and ON and it should reset your account.
- 7 - Check your network. Things should return to normal on their own. Airplane Mode ON? Wifi ON? Cellular signal?
- 8 - Retry. Things should return to normal on their own. If not try turning Google Drive sync OFF and ON.
- 9 - Google Play is having trouble. It may need to be reinstalled. Visit Google Play Services on Play Store to ensure you can run Google Play Services.
- 10 - Our bad. Send us Feedback and we will help you as soon as possible.
- 11 - This could mean Google thinks you are abusing our app. Send us Feedback and we will help you as soon as possible.
- 12 - The result was canceled either due to client disconnect or manual cancel
- 13 - Not really sure. Send us Feedback and we will help you as soon as possible.
- 14 - Something interrupted the sync. Things should return to normal on their own. If not try turning Google Drive sync OFF and ON.
- 15 - We timed out. Maybe the network connection is having trouble. Things should return to normal on their own.
- 16 - The result was canceled either due to client disconnect or manual cancel

- Tap "Battery Optimization".
- If the screen displays "Not Optimized" tap the words "Not Optimized".
- On the menu that appears tap "All apps".
- Scroll down to "Easy Hours".
- Tap "Easy Hours".
- On the dialog that opens tap "Don't optimize. May drain your battery more quickly". Easy Hours is already optimized for battery usage so this should not negatively affect battery life.

Are you in two places at once?
We make every effort to automagically keep track of your time at tracked jobs. When we detect you have started work at a new job and you are currently clocked in at another job we will automatically clock you out of the old job. Most likely the device missed you leaving the first job. It could have been any of the following:- The device was OFF and is now ON.
- Airport Mode was ON and is now OFF
- The Job Locations are very, very close to one another.
- The Job Locations are within a few miles of each other.
- Cellular confusion.
Cellular confusion? Most likely there are multiple tracked Jobs that are close to you. Try enabling WiFi. If it is still having trouble, you may have to turn OFF tracking at some of the Jobs. Why can't Easy Hours locate me accurately?.Android
- Easy Hours 9.3 is on the Play Store as soon as it updates. Easy Hours Lite 9.3 is on the Play Store as soon as it updates.We use Google services for Email, Sync, Maps, and Location services. Email and Sync require you to permit Easy Hours to do actions on your behalf such as sharing your Dashboard reports with your clients saving your valuable data to the cloud.
If Google feels that it needs to ask for your permissions again, it will send a notification. When you take action on the notification it will allow us to continue to provide these important features to you. If you delete the notification or do not take action you will lose out on the great features that Easy Hours provide.
Note that if you remove a Google Account, sign out of the Google Account on the device, or remove Easy Hours from the list of Google Connected Apps, you will likely be asked for permissions again.- We leverage iCloud to Sync your data. All of your devices that have Easy Hours installed and are signed in with the same iCloud account can access this data. - 101,102,103 - Sync was cancelled in the middle of the operation. Sync should automatically continue after a few minutes.
- 105 - We ran into an issue attempting to write your data to iCloud. Please ensure that you are logged into iCloud, have plenty of free space available and have granted permission to Easy Hours.
- 106 - We are still downloading data from iCloud. Sync should automatically continue after a few minutes.
- 107 - We ran into an issue attempting to read data from iCloud. Please ensure that you are logged into iCloud and have granted permission to Easy Hours.
- 200, 201, 206, 207, 209, 210, 211, 212 - We are applying changes we received from iCloud. Sync should automatically continue after a few minutes.
- 202 - Your iCloud identity has changed. If you want to continue Sync-ing your data to the new iCloud account, please turn off Sync to iCloud and wait about 10 minutes before turning on Sync to iCloud again.
- 203 - We have detected corruption with your Easy Hours data in iCloud. If the data on your device is correct, we can re-set your data in iCloud using the following steps. Please turn off Sync to iCloud. Navigate to Device Settings -> iCloud -> Storage -> Manage Storage -> Easy Hours. Tap Edit -> Delete All to delete your iCloud Easy Hours data. Please wait about 10 minutes and then turn on Sync to iCloud. Easy Hours should now generate a new baseline of your data in iCloud.
- 204 - We have detected that iCloud has data from a newer version of Easy Hours. Please upgrade to the latest version of Easy Hours before Sync will continue.
- 205, 208 - We are unable to find your Easy Hours data in iCloud. If the data on your device is correct, we can re-set your data in iCloud using the following steps. Please turn off Sync to iCloud. Navigate to Device Settings -> iCloud -> Storage -> Manage Storage -> Easy Hours. Tap Edit -> Delete All to delete your iCloud Easy Hours data. Please wait about 10 minutes and then turn on Sync to iCloud. Easy Hours should now generate a new baseline of your data in iCloud.
- 256 - We have detected that Easy Hours is unable to access the database file. Please turn off Sync to iCloud. Reboot your device using instructions on https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559. After the reboot is complete, launch Easy Hours and turn ON Sync to iCloud.
- 1000, 1001, 1002 - We are unable to connect to iCloud. Please check your internet connection or try again later
- 1003 - Please ensure that you are logged into iCloud and have granted permission to Easy Hours.
- We leverage Google Drive to Sync your data. All of your devices that have Easy Hours installed can access the data. No other apps (including Google Drive) can access this data. - 4 - Something is wrong with your account. Try turning Google Drive OFF and ON and it should reset your account.

- 6 - Google Play needs you to resolve something. Try turning Google Drive sync OFF and ON and it should reset your account.
- 7 - Check your network. Things should return to normal on their own. Airplane Mode ON? Wifi ON? Cellular signal?
- 8 - Retry. Things should return to normal on their own. If not try turning Google Drive sync OFF and ON.
- 9 - Google Play is having trouble. It may need to be reinstalled. Visit Google Play Services on Play Store to ensure you can run Google Play Services.

- 11 - This could mean Google thinks you are abusing our app. Send us Feedback and we will help you as soon as possible.
- 12 - The result was canceled either due to client disconnect or manual cancel
- 13 - Not really sure. Send us Feedback and we will help you as soon as possible.
- 14 - Something interrupted the sync. Things should return to normal on their own. If not try turning Google Drive sync OFF and ON.
- 15 - We timed out. Maybe the network connection is having trouble. Things should return to normal on their own.

Email
The Google email permission is used solely to send rich formatted emails with Google's OAuth2.0. Google's OAuth2 solution enables us to securely send email through GMail without having any access to your credentials. If you do not grant Easy Hours permission, you can still send text only emails using the Gmail App or any other installed apps that can handle sending CSV. The CSV will be attached to the email when it is composed.
You may be prompted for permission every once in awhile for increased security.
Maps - PRO only
Job locations are only supported if Google Play Services is installed and Easy Hours is given permission to access your location. This information is used for automatic functionality in the app.

Even with this permission, Android will ask you before allowing Easy Hours to send emails on your behalf. Google provides a token that we then use to send the email.

There are many factors that affect the quality of device location data.- Is Airplane Mode ON?
- Is Location Services ON?
- Is Location Services for Easy Hours ON?
- Is WiFi ON?
- Is Location Sources > GPS satellites checked?
- Is Location Sources > Wi-Fi & mobile network location checked?
- Is Location Sources > Cellular provider location checked?
- Is Google Settings Location mode set to High accuracy?
- On your Android device open the "Settings" app.
- Scroll down to "Services" and then tap "Location".
- Ensure that "Location" switch is in the On position.
- Tap "Mode".
- Tap "High accuracy. Use GPS, Wi-Fi, and cellular networks to determine location".
- Are other apps experiencing similar issues? See Google Location History to see if the device is reporting inaccurate locations.
- Is Android 6/Marshmallow running with Battery Optimizations/Doze enabled? This optimization is blocking the accuracy of all GPS apps including Easy Hours, Google Maps, and fitness apps. Thanks, Google!

- Scroll down to "Device" and then tap "Battery".
- Tap the More overflow menu in the upper right of the screen (this is the ... icon).
- Tap "Battery Optimization".
- If the screen displays "Not Optimized" tap the words "Not Optimized".
- On the menu that appears tap "All apps".
- Scroll down to "Easy Hours".
- Tap "Easy Hours".
- On the dialog that opens tap "Don't optimize. May drain your battery more quickly". Easy Hours is already optimized for battery usage so this should not negatively affect battery life.
- Tap Done to save this setting.

Tips

Tap on Jobs.
Scroll up or down to the Job, or search for it.
Tap the timer to the right of the Job name to start tracking time for the day. The timer pulses and a chronometer displays if the time entry is already started.
Tap the time entry with no end time that gets displayed below the Job.
Once on the Change My Time screen, you can now modify your start time.

Wait for the Import Complete message.To apply tags to a large number of time entries, tap the plus icon on any of the following screens:- Weekly Dashboard

Tap any tag items to toggle the ✓. To add a new tag, type a Tag name and tap the Tap add button.
Tap the &check at the top of the Tags screen to save the tags on all time entries.
Please note that all activities that match the current filter will be saved. This could be used to mark activities as 'Paid' after they were 'Invoiced&apos.To add or delete tags on a time entry, first open the Change My Time screen for the entry from the Daily Dashboard or Jobs Dashboard. If there are Tags for the time entry they are displayed between the End time and the Memo.
Tap the Tags item.
Tap any tag items to toggle the ✓. To add a new tag, type a Tag name and tap the Tap add button.
Tap the back arrow at the top of the Tags screen.
Tap the ✓ icon at the top of the Change My Time screen to save the tags.Deleting a tag will permanently remove it from Easy Hours so be sure you want to delete it. All time entries that use the Tag will no longer refer to the Tag. Note that the time entries will not be deleted, just every single reference to the Tag. To access the Tags screen:- Tap the Tags item from either the Add Time or Change My Time screen.

Each Job can have a unique rate per hour assigned to it. It will use the device locale for determining the appropriate currency. Once a Job rate is set it can be viewed on any of the following screens.- Jobs

We use your device settings to determine how to display dates. However, you do have the option to choose different styles of those locale specific dates.

- Automatic restore is not currently supported on Android. To initiate a restore tap the Cloud download icon in the upper left. On the bottom sheet tap the Download button. Its time to take a Break. If you are active working on a Billable time entry, the Job dashboard will display a series of ZZZ buttons. To be reminded when the break is over you can tap the 15, 30, or 60 minute reminder notification buttons. You can tap the ZZZ on the Job dashboard to end the break and start working again. If you tapped the 15, 30, 60 minute reminder notification button you will be prompted at that time to finish the Break. You can tap the Snooze to be reminded in one minute. You can tap Start to stop the break and return to a new Billable time entry.
Breaks can also be added from both the Add Time and Change My Time screens by tapping the Show As Break button.
If the Job has Track me here in the ON position and the break area is outside of the Range, Easy Hours will ignore any automatic geofence enter or exit events while a Break is active.
If you forgot to take a Break, no worries. If you had a single time entry that fully contains the time for a new Break time entry, it will prompt you to Insert the Break in that time entry.Each Job can have a unique rate per hour.
