Jobs

  • Timesheets have been retired after a long season of use.

Having the same data in multiple screens was confusing and hindered our ability to add awesome new functionality.

Please use the Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Custom Dashboards to access a timesheet for a single Job. Simply Filter for the Job and voila, Timesheet.

Tapping Today, Week, or Month from a Job on the Jobs Dashboard will also show the times for only that Job.

If Google feels that it needs to ask for your permissions again, it will send a notification. When you take action on the notification it will allow us to continue to provide these important features to you. If you delete the notification or do not take action you will lose out on the great features that Easy Hours provide.

  • Its time to take a Break. If you are active working on a Billable time entry, the Job dashboard will display a series of ZZZ buttons. To be reminded when the break is over you can tap the 15, 30, or 60 minute reminder notification buttons. You can tap the ZZZ on the Job dashboard to end the break and start working again. If you tapped the 15, 30, 60 minute reminder notification button you will be prompted at that time to finish the Break. You can tap the Snooze to be reminded in one minute. You can tap Start to stop the break and return to a new Billable time entry.

Breaks can also be added from both the Add Time and Change My Time screens by tapping the Show As Break button.

If the Job has Track me here in the ON position and the break area is outside of the Range, Easy Hours will ignore any automatic geofence enter or exit events while a Break is active.
